Our office

World Properties & Investment (WPI) is a well known Real Estate and Investment company, established in 1987 by Nora Dimitriou (Broker – owner). It is based in Athens, Greece on 56 Kifissias Ave. in Maroussi (opposite the OTE building)

Services

In the urban residential real estate sector, WPI specializes in sales and rentals of luxurious residences, from villas to condominia, as well as land for residential development, in the larger cities of Greece with emphasis on the Athens metropolitan area and its suburbs.
In the commercial sector, WPI focuses on high-end retail and prime office space, including independent buildings as well as industrial properties and warehouses. Special attention is paid to Investment and Development proposals coupled with high yield properties.
In the holiday sector, WPI lists prime leisure properties, from apartments to luxurious villas and from seafront properties to private islands, on the Greek coast and islands, as well as chalets in all the major winter tourist destinations and ski centers.
WPI also handles a range of properties, from ready businesses (such as hotels and waterfront resorts) to large plots, for tourist development.
Based on its extensive knowledge of the Greek market, WPI provides integrated real estate solutions and a complete list of real estate services, such as appraisals, valuations, market research, property management, specialized guidance, as well as advice and support during contract negotiations on acquisitions or leases.
Foreign investors and buyers interested in the Greek market are welcomed, treated with high respect and special care and proposed solutions that reflect the best possible value for their money. Subsequently, they are offered relocation services and all the help needed to close a deal.

Aiming always at providing excellent service and confidentiality, WPI employs experienced professional in-house personnel collectively speaking four (4) languages, and has a wide network of significant external collaborators and advisors such as lawyers, architects, engineers, notaries, valuators, financiers and mortgage companies, who are always at the disposal of its potential clients.

For global Real Estate services and relocation, World Properties & Investment is the exclusive representative in Greece of the elite “Board of Regents” of the well-known international “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate”. It is also a member of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) and the Greek National Real Estate Association. Consequently, it is able to present and project Greek properties in literally every country of the world, exchanging clientθle with the most significant brokers of every market.
